Processor and did not need to verify this time. I managed to get it working on another 6/7 year old laptop on 8.1 Intel I5. So the laptop I was originally trying to get it loaded on was Intel i3 3120M but the minimum specs required is Intel i3 6000 (was so excited I forgot to look at the specs) The only issue I have is that it takes forever for steam cloud to verify itself before launching, but that's a general issue with my pc. The game even runs on my six year old laptop.

Not sure if recent drivers could have solved that. There has been a lot of issues with Nvidia drivers having a bad habit about wanting to use the CPU instead of the GPU unless you force it to use the proper chip. If you have a NVIDIA card in your pc, you might want to check the driver if you can force it to use the GPU by default instead of allowing NVIDIA to guess. Seems like Valve, Microsoft and Two Point should either take this game of the market for PC players (Xbox too since there are some posts of them having the issue as well), or should have come up with a resolution for this now after two or three years. Task Manager shows that the only application that is not responding is Two Point, yet it is using a load of memory. Device seems to run fine when it shows the SEGA logo at the beginning as soon as it gets to the loading page it lags in performance, only way to get it to function properly is to either wait for the device to respond or manually power down. Game says I've had over an hour in game play on Steam (I wish) Same as Laowai Connected to my External Monitor of 1920 x 1080 (Main is 1366 x 768).
